MATERIAL DISPOSAL

Working together with our clients, up to 99 percent of materials brought to site are repurposed by following sustainable, compliant practices for resource recovery. Our site has approvals to receive concrete; clean, dirty, and wet fill; and clean, dirty, and oversized rock; Our approach to resource management aims to reduce the volume of waste to landfill by maximising opportunities for production of recycled construction materials to be repurposed across projects in diverse industry sectors.

Concrete

Disposal of clean and dirty concrete without any hazardous or contaminated materials, including concrete mixed with dry fill or other product.

Fill

Dispose of clean, dirty, and wet fill. Clean fill to be trafficable and comprised of dry soil, clay, sandy fill, and gravel. We accept dirty fill that is dry and mixed with more than 10 percent of other products.

Bricks

Disposal of segregated bricks from deconstruction projects. Bricks crushed and recycled on site are then reused as fill for road base, drainage material or as fill sand.

Asphalt

Dispose of profiled and non-profiled asphalt. Fully recycled for reuse on hardstands, service roads, and carparks.

Rock

We accept clean, dirty, and oversized rock. Dirty rock must be mixed with dry fill or other product. We accept oversized rock in excess of 1,500 mm.

Vacuum waste

Vacuum excavation waste created from non-destructive digging can be disposed of at our site. Delivered by truck.

SUPPLY MATERIAL.

We supply recycled construction materials to clients delivering projects in government, civil infrastructure, and commercial development. Our aim is to exceed client expectations on product quality, a goal we work towards through our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Terreco Resources offers a range of recycled construction materials that are available for pick up and delivery from either our Bald Hills or Burleigh Heads site.

Aggregates

Crushed concrete aggregate available in various sizes, including 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm and up to 150 mm, suitable for drainage, landscaping, and fill. Coarse 40/70 mm and 70/100 mm concrete aggregate available and suited to multiple site applications.

Recycled under turf fill

Keep project costs down with our trade quality screened under turf fill made with medium to coarse materials, including aggregate, rocks, and soil. Achieve a quality, consistent base for project sites with road and fill requirements tailored to your specific needs.

Compactable fill material

We supply Class A fill, tunnel boring material, and general fill from our 20 hectare site in Bald Hills. Available at short notice and competitively priced, talk to us about a custom quote for your project.

Crusher dust

Cost effective and an all round fill and packing material, we prepare crusher dust on site at Terreco Resources. Sold by the tonne and screened to < 2 mm, our crusher dust is an affordable base for all project sizes. Talk to us about how we can meet your project supply needs.cr

Road base

Durable and compactable fill material for roads, driveways, projects pathways, building pads, and hardstand bases. Made with granite, crushed gravel, limestone and is a mixture of particle sizes from 20 mm to fines. For durability, this combination creates a solid compacted material for your construction and landscaping project needs. Suitable for strengthening and stabilising where heavy loads need to be supported, such as roads.

NOT ACCEPTED

Asbestos, batteries, flammable materials, food waste, hazmat, mattresses, paint, PFAS, and putrescible waste. All such materials identified in disposal will be returned at the discretion of Terreco Resources and cost of material importer. All materials must be moved in accordance with the National Fire Ant Eradication Program.
